Today I've watched the last episode of the series Feud, a series about two movie icons of the 20th century
The brilliant Jessica Lang was Joan Crawford and the genius Susan Sarandon was Davis
Watching this mini series gave me an understanding and a perspective about how the lives of our beloved stars went behind the scenes, the plotting the unannounced wars the hatred the jealousy the manipulation and this was early in the late century.
I can't begin to imagine what might happen now with ethics and morals going down the drain
The finale.. the last episode really got my eyes wet I felt the pain of the left out silver screen diva as she'd wake up in the middle of the night and imagine a whole scene pf an enjoyable night with people who were once her rivals and sometimes she even considered putting them on fire
Sad enough her night was just a fragment of her imagination and she went back to bed with her long gray hair, her old woman night gown to die a week after.
I've truly enjoyed watching the astonishing performance of Ms Lang and Ms. Sarandon ,after that I watched several archived videos of some incidents which made me appreciate more the perfect show and how those two legends delivered it.
